• Adults 19 and over: Take 1 capsule 1-3 times per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

• Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, if you have asthma or peptic ulcer disease or if you are taking anticoagulants or products containing acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) or other salicylates.
• Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dyspepsia, heartburn or diarrhea
• Do not take this product if you are allergic to acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) or other salicylates, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Do not use if seal is broken.
• Keep sealed, store in a cool, dry place and at 15 - 25 deg. Celsius.
• Keep out of reach of children.
