Recommended Dose

• Adults: Take 1 capsule per day on an empty stomach or as advised by your healthcare provider or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
• Take with or immediately before a meal/food (containing diary products)

Cautions

• Headaches, heartburn, bloating and hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
